Born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, his journey has taken him to the United States, but his heart remains deeply rooted in his homeland. Yasseth's passion for social impact ignited early on. At just 21, he coordinated initiatives that empowered over 3,000 at-risk youth through vocational education and job placement programs. This dedication to helping others extends far beyond his role at Café Santoré. Yasseth holds a distinguished academic background, with a Bachelor's degree in Communications and dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and Project Management from UNITEC University. This blend of business acumen and social awareness fuels his commitment to building a sustainable and impactful company in Café Santoré. As Chair of the Pathway to the Future Foundation, Yasseth spearheads efforts to equip young people in developing countries, particularly Honduras, with the tools and resources they need to reach their full potential. His dedication to youth development shines through his active participation in international conferences and his role as the youngest Honduran representative at a multi-government FBI training program. Trusted Advisor Javier Diaz is the Junior Partner of Café Santoré, where he oversees all legal matters for the company. More than a legal advisor, he is considered family by the founders, Patrick and Yasseth. Javier graduated from the José Cecilio del Valle University in 2016 and has since amassed a wealth of experience in both the non-profit and private sectors. He has worked with organizations such as Pastoral Social Caritas, Compassion International, and ADESCOH, where he honed his skills in advocacy and social development. In the banking sector, Javier served as Legal Representative for Banco Atlántida S.A., specializing in contracts, risk management, and debt recovery. He has also successfully litigated cases before various judicial bodies in Honduras. Javier is a highly skilled and experienced lawyer with a deep commitment to social justice. His fluency in English and German, combined with his passion for travel and gaming, make him a well-rounded and engaging individual. At Café Santoré, Javier's legal expertise and dedication to the company's mission are invaluable assets.
